Global Services: Santiago climbs in the worldwide ranking of outsourcing citiesPublished: October 27, 2008
The publication Global Services released its ranking of the Top 50 Emerging Global Outsourcing Cities 2009.
Chile's capital, Santiago, climbed one spot to number 19 outranking cities like Belfast (24), Rio de Janeiro (26), San Jose Costa Rica (27), Mexico City (30), Moscow (39), and Monterrey (41). The list was topped by Cebu City (Philippines) and the Chinese cities of Shanghai and Beijing.
