ReadSoft inaugurates its new Business Solution Center in Chile

The Swedish company highlighted the subsidy received from InvestChile of Corfo, for promoting the IT from Chile to Latin America.
With the launching of the
"Latin America Business Solution Center" Project in the ReadSoft offices, was officially open the new Business Solution Center that will work from Chile to the rest of Latin America.
Attending to this activity were Peter Hörwing, Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing of ReadSoft; Octavio Zapata, Managing Director of ReadSoft Latin America; Juan Antonio Figueroa, Business Development Manager Head of InvestChile of Corfo; Eva Zetterberg, Ambassador of Sweden in Chile and Ignacio Guevara, President of the Chilean- Swedish Chamber of Commerce, besides some executives from ReadSoft and Corfo.
On his presentation, Peter Hörwing established the importance that has for the company to settle in such a respected country as Chile due the economical and safety stability of the country that stands it out to a global level.
Octavio Zapata explained that the Project has as main purpose to develop the equipment and infrastructure needed to generate a Business Solution Center related to the ReadSoft document automation technology, "which includes the implementation of the infrastructure needed to provide services in all Latin America, the hiring of the human resource specialized to commercialize and implement the technological solution and the training of the current human resource and hiring in order to provide a world class service to all our clients".
All these factors have been developed quickly and efficiently during the last eight months, as a response to the collaboration that InvestChile of Corfo made to the project.
In relation to the Corfo support, Zapata said that the whole management and Project approval process was very professional, transparent and expedite, "lead by a very competent staff. When we thought in the possibility of open a subsidiary branch in Latin America, we thought in Mexico, Brazil or Chile, but the Corfo program was one of the key pieces that allowed us to make the decision of settling us in Chile".
Likewise, Juan Antonio Figueroa from Corfo declared that "we are thrilled to be here and to support this project. We know that actions like these confirm that we are a reliable country where companies can carry on their expansion and development initiatives. We know that through this way we are contributing to the growth of the country and to the wellness of its inhabitants and that is our final goal".
